Island Bridge Networks - Support

In all cases, a ticket should be opened by emailing a problem summary to: support@islandbridgenetworks.ie.

When a ticket is created, our help desk system will automatically open a trouble ticket and:

  • Generate a unique ticket ID (example: [IBN TT# 1234])
  • Send an Email with your Ticket # to the requester.

When reporting a fault, please use a descriptive subject line (e.g. include customer name and IP address) and provide as much information as possible.

Our standard incident response times are:

  • P1 - severe service affecting outage - immediate - after opening the ticket, please call us immediately on +353 1 531 3337.
  • P2 - service impacting performance issue; unavailability of service(s) that affects a small group of customers - immediate - open a ticket and, at your discretion, escalate by calling us on +353 1 531 3337.
  • P3 - low priority incidents - within one working day.
  • P4 - general queries, requests for service - within four working days.
